In 6.0, we can see ordered items in paypal email.
How to make it in 7.0?Though we can log in and see ordered items

try to test my solution,edit paypalipngateway.asp and searching for code : -

const paypalsenditems = "No"

make it to say:
const paypalsenditems = "Yes"
