Hi Everyone,
I am facing with an urgent situation. Any help and thoughts are really appreciated.
I have created quantity discount for all of products and it is working if you do not type last tier quantity for example if you please click on the following link:
http://www.kings-beads.com/shopdisplayproducts.asp?search=yes&bc=no&CatalogId=3808
first Tier is 10 - 19 then 20 - 49 then 50- 99 then 100 and more. If you put any number it will calculate discount correctly but if you put any number more than 100 for example 120 then it is ignoring it and calculating like you are buying only one item.
This is happening for all items.
Thanks, Vaheh

Hi Vaheh,
It seems to work fine to me. I''ve tried several cases, under and over 100. Maybe it has something to do with your browser''s cache? Kind regards,

Hi Vaheh,
it sounds like you do not have an upper limit to your last discount. I don''t know your exact discounts, but your quantity discount record should roughly look like this Categoryid = Catalogid = Minimum qty = 10 Quantity1 = 19 Discount1 = 0.05 Quantity2 = 49 Discount2 = 0.1 Quantity3 = 99 Discount3 = 0.15 Quantity4 = 5000 Discount4 = 0.2
Hope this helps,
Regards,
Carrol www.deanston-electrical.co.uk
ps I didn''t actually test the site. Judging by Erik''s reply I probably should have :) |

Hi Erik and Carrol,
Thanks for your response.I fixed it.
On page shopuserprice.asp there is variable "const maxQuantityFields = 5". This customer has more than five price tier so it was only loading the first five.
Thanks, Vaheh |
