Welcome to the VPCART Upgrade Service page, this page provides you with helpful information on how to upgrade your store to the latest version of the VPCART storefront.

If you are a new customer using VPCart StoreFront for the first time, then please refer to our Quickstart Guide for detailed installation instructions.

VPCart StoreFront comes with an easy to use in-built Upgrade Wizard that will walk you through the steps involved in upgrading your store to the very latest release.

There are several steps to follow, so we created a video tutorial to help to make it as straight forward as possible to upgrade your store.

We understand that upgrading your store may be a bit daunting, especially when doing it for the first time. So we offer an Upgrade Service to help get you going where needed.

For a default upgrade with no custom code or design changes brought across, the cost starts at USD 270.00. Please note this does not include the software which must be purchased separately.

You can renew your license to get hold of the latest version of the software on our Upgrade page. And If you are interested in an obligation free quote, kindly post a ticket on our helpdesk and one of the friendly team will review your store for you.

Upgrade Steps

The upgrade to the latest release of the VPCart StoreFront involves some steps, 

Step 1. Download upgrade from our website.

Step 2. Install VPCart StoreFront files

Step 3. FTP to your webserver using software like FileZilla FTP Client and download your existing shop$config.asp in config directory into the "Upgrade" folder on local PC

Step 4. Upload the VPCart StoreFront files into your existing VPCart site through FTP.

Step 5. Run the Upgrade Wizard

Step 6. Update layout and formatting of the site using the Design and Layout Manager.

Minimum Server Requirements

• Windows Server (IIS)
• Active Server Pages (ASP)
• 30MB disk space
