The site is currently set to send TEXT emails and uses .txt mail template files.
But in the merchant order notification messages there is a "nbsp;" (HTML space) inserted after each product description line. This only occurs in the products ordered section after each product line item in the mail message as shown below:
Products Ordered:
Y0300 - Main gear assembly (2 pcs)ANDnbsp;
Y0400 - gear pinion assemblyANDnbsp;
The "&" has been replaced with "AND" in this posting so the HTML space will not render as a blank. But it's spelled out in the actual mail outgoing messages. No changes were ever made to the mailing templates, so someone else must be seeing this behavior unless it's due to specific mail gateways.
The rest of the message is clean text, so this seems to be occurring in the code that parses the order to format the outgoing mail message.
Do you have a solution for this issue? Or have I misconfigured something in the shop configuration?
