hii,
i am using sql server.
when i am adding a country, its showing following error

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80040e21'

Multiple-step OLE DB operation generated errors. Check each OLE DB status value, if available. No work was done.

why is this so?

hello,

This error can occur when you try to insert more data into a field than is allowed (for example, if you insert 26 characters into a Microsoft Access field that is formatted to accept only 25 characters).

hii cam,
i have found out one thing..
y u have not set sqlserver in this line(line number 244 approx of shopa_edit record)
when i gave sqlserver too in this line.. this error hav been fixed...

if ucase(xdatabasetype) = "MYSQL" OR ucase(xdatabasetype) = "MYSQL351" OR getconfig("xMYSQL")="Yes" then

is there any particular reason for not setting sqlserver in this..
please do reply asap

That code is used because MYSQL requires different implementation when updating a record.

Don't think you should add SQL Server to the conditions there...

but when i gave sql server there.....
