An Access database can be locked with a password and the password written into the database connection
[e.g. "DBQ=D:\serverlocation\vpaspshop\shopping550.mdb;UID=admin;PASSWORD=vpaspassword; DRIVER={Microsoft Access Driver (*.mdb)}; "].

I use this string to protect my forum database.

Can this be achieved in VPASP shopping cart, if so how?
