Hello,

I want to setup my webshop with 3 languages. I want to load the proper language immediately when the user starts browsing.

I think the best way herefore is to use "Request.ServerVariables("HTTP_ACCEPT_LANGUAGE")" and not based on ip.

But how can I make sure that this check is only done at start and not eveytime my homepage is loaded. Do I need to setup a global.asa file or is there another function or sub routine in vpasp that runs only 1 time (when browsing starts)?

Thanks for any assistance or hints,

Seems that I found a solution by placing a piece of code, based on "Request.ServerVariables("HTTP_ACCEPT_LANGUAGE")" in the "sub shopinit" on the asp page "shop$db.asp. I did not need to use the global.asa file.
