When i try to add states, the following error was the result
Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80040e21'
Multiple-step OLE DB operation generated errors. Check each OLE DB status value, if available. No work was done.
/shopa_editrecord.asp, line 302
Do anyone know y it shows so?

the database connection strings do not handle the two update queries.
Just change the code in shopa_editrecord.asp
find the code:
Sub GenerateUpdateSQL()
Dim howmanyfields
dim fieldname, fieldvalue, fieldtype
dim i, typename
howmanyfields=rstemp.fields.count -1
rstemp.update
and commet the last line out, become
'rstemp.update |

Sorry my english..
Ive got the same problem trying to add a new state...
I have try about the commet the last line out, but then ive got this error:
ADODB.Recordset error '800a0c93'
Operation is not allowed in this context.

Any idea??
Cause when i try to add a new state then ive got the message:

And it creates a record empty..
I have to edit this empty record, and then i can write the state and its working in that way.. ¿?
It looks that let me update the record, but i cant add a new one... This is my problem..
Cause i have to write all the states for spain (provinces, like Madrid,Barcelona,Sevilla,...etc)
