How can I include login box on shoppage_header.htm?
is it possible?
if yes, how?

Have you tried to insert the form in the shoppage header to see how it shows up?

This code works but after you log in, the fields still show. How can we make the field disappear and have it show "Welcome "user", click here to logout"??
