I would like to be able to offer my customers a form they can download to fill out and mail in with a check if they choose not to pay by credit card.

Is this already available in v6.5 please point me in the right direction.

If not, how would I go about doing this.

The only way I know is with the invoice add-on from BYZ.

I haven't bought this add-on yet myself.

Anyone else have other ideas to do this?
