This is a strange one.

We have set up some free items on our site, where the buyer buys 5 and gets on free.

When they add 5 to their basket the free one is displayed in the shopaddtocart.asp page and has a zero value, which is correct.

However when you get to the shopcreateorder.asp page the free item is being charged for.

Any ideas what I have done wrong?

IF you go to our site and do a search for LN42 all of the tights and stocking s that show up are on a buy 5 get one free basis, so try please test it.

This has been resolved now, thanks to the guys at VPASP support.

I started using VPASP at the start of this year and I am impressed with the tech support.

Many software companies say they give "the best support" or "the customer matters" etc and before you buy the software this is true. But once you have handed over your cash the support goes out the window.

This is not true with VPASP, I have been very impressed with the support I have received.

Keep up the good work.
