No long description shows up on the site. I have a plain old access database and my site is hosted on an NT server.

any ideas on how to get it showing? I have wasted all my support points resolving the currency issue, which isn't resolved.

Hi there,

As mentioned in the help desk you will need to update your version to fix the usertext display issue.

You can download the patch from:

I had a look at your site and the currency seems to display as required as well. You may need to do a full refresh of your site by going to:

http://www.tatsall.ca/OttawaCavaliers/emporium/shopend.asp?end=1

Extended Desc pages are only in the full versions of the software. You would need to purchase either the Value, Plus or Deluxe to enable this feature.
