Is there any way to calculate shipping cost by dimension?

you need to install shipping module like UPS, US Postal, FedEx, etc depends on your needs from this URL https://www.vpasp.com/sales/addons800.asp

try to go to above URL to find the shipping method that meets your requirements. however if none of those shipping gateways works with you, then I think you need to contact VPCart team to do the customization.

finally i have found solution of this by installing one of shipping module
