In shopcustomer.asp the "Previous customers can just login" form is placed at the top of the page. In several usability tests, my "new customers" have been confused by this. They start typing in their last name and email and click login without even reading the instructions!!!

Therefore, I would like to move the login form *below* the customer/shipping info forms. But, I can't figure out which file to fix. (shopcustomer.asp, shopcustomerform.asp, something else?)

The logic is controlled by shopcustomer.asp. Shopcustomerform.asp is exactly what it says. In shopcustomer.asp look for Sub Displayform() look for AddLogin. Move this line down in the sequence to where you want it displayed.
