Is anyone working on making version 8 work on Shared SSL? Shortly after version 7 came out someone did a couple patches so it worked on Shared SSL and I''ve been using it ever since. 
Checked into buying SSL certificates but that really adds up when you have to pay monthly for each dedicated IP plus the cost of the certificates .... for EACH site. 
Unfortunately the session is being lost so when you get to the shared SSL for the one page checkout, the shopping cart is empty.
