It would be nice if the software came in some type of directory structure. For example, Images in an Image directory, Admin section in an Admin Folder, ect... I understand that some files are used in both Admin section and Customer Section but files such as config should be in a seperate folder.

I support SCPost's idea. Admin folder and Shopping folder should be in a separate folder for a security reason.
