I am hopeful that someone can help us understand how to create our own pages where the customer inputs their name, account number, etc in text fields that are then emailed to our address.

I have tried creating the code in Expression Web, but can't get it to send the email with the data attached. I think that is because FP Extensions are required.

that will require lot of code writing for the purpose i thought. maybe you can contact vpasp team better so they can provide you the entire code list for a new form that can send email.
