My website www.instantsupply.com.au sells products to large group of businesses.

When a centre makes an order, the head office needs to approve it and enter creditcard details for payment.

Anyone suggests how I can implement this ?.

isn't there is order administration in the vpasp control panel there allow admin to process an order ?

Store > Orders > View/Edit Orders, tick an order and click ' mark asprocessed '.

To finalize the order, simply view the order on the adminsitration page, and click at the "Finalize Order" at the top and one of the verified payment type.
