I've been adding additional pages to the site. Now all of a sudden my home page (default.asp) won't load. Why?

what is the error that you get ? Have you make sure the file shop$config.asp has been set to ur site URL ?

can you post your site url to me if something i am interest to see there.

I get a completely blank page if I just put the url (http://localhost/bellebooks/) but it shows up fine if I put http://localhost/bellebooks/default.asp). I can't figure out what the difference is. The site is set to handle .asp pages.

I moved it to a subfolder on the commercial site now and it does the same thing.

Hi Karen,

Can you try changing the page name priority order in IIS for your site.

Set it so that default.asp is the default file found.

Alternatively check to see if you have the following files and if so remove them.

default.htm
default.html
index.htm
index.html
