I have a product that only weighs 7lbs but ships in an oversize box 35x35x35 LxWxH

so the dimensions according to UPS realtime should be placed in the product table under Pother5 for that product

But how do I enter it there, I tried
35x35x35
35 35 35
35,35,35
"35x35x35"

nothing seems to work, it does not take the dimensions into consideration on the front end in ups realtime shipping cost display.

Any one have any idea

bill, default is using format such as : 35 35 35 in the pother5 field. and then your UPS configurations should set Dimension product field to pother5.
