Hi,

I'm trying to customize my e-mail template. I'd like tou se the HTML format in order to send email to customer but not all is working.

I set-up "xrmamerchantformattemplate" = tmp_rmamerchantformat_test01.htm

but the message received is not in Htm format and is not the template i create.

I already have setup xemailwithtemplates= yes and xemailformat=HTML

I setup also xcustomeremail=tmp_customeremail_TEST01.htm and this setup working and I receive an html format but I'm not able to have the same results with "xrmamerchantformattemplate" = tmp_rmamerchantformat_test01.htm

Hi,

xrmamerchantformattemplate is the template used to format the RMA display in the browser. It is not the email template. If you need to customise the customer email template, please search xcustomeremail in your shop configuration, under Set-up.
