We've now enhanced our domain tool so that it also caters for shared ssl (as well as standard ssl, or no ssl).
For example, say your vpasp area is:
http://www.mydomain.com/shop
but your corresponding shared ssl path for that is:
https://sharedssl100.sharedsslhost.com/mydomain/shop
(ie it has an extra "mydomain" folder in the ssl path)
The domain tool has got a new config option where you can specify that optional addition folder, so that it automatically takes that into account when checking/redirecting you to/from ssl.
Core Uses for the tool are:
1. Direct visitors on/off your SSL (https) area for specified pages
2. Direct visitors onto a specific domain so that they don't lose their session/cart half way through their order (eg ensure that "www." is being used)
It's an incredibly powerful tool, and very simple to setup, but if anyone has any problems with it then just take the domain tool include out of the bottom of your shop$db.asp file and let us know.
