Okay this has me stumped. I don't know whether it is tiredness or what but I can't work out how to mark affiliates as paid.

We are about to embark on serious promotion of our in house affiliate scheme and drop clixgalore, but I want to check everything is working fine. However I can't seem to work out how to mark affiliates as being paid.

Any ideas guys?

I'm assuming from the lack of response that there is no way to mark affiliates as paid?

Hi Steve,

If you log into affiliates in the admin and bring up the "Orders For Affiliate" report you will be able to click on View Orders. In here you will be able to select Paid.

Is there a way to do this in the current version? When I go to Affiliate Manager>Affiliate Order Report and search by date and affilliate, it does not provide an option to mark Paid.

Still looking for a way to mark the affiliates as paid in v7.x. Anyone?

i dont think it there is a option on marking paid,. you can try to custom-made coding.

It makes this feature useless if you can''t figure out who was paid when. I swear, I''m getting so frustrated, I''m about to leave VPASP. And I''ve been with them for close to 10 years I think.....

Hi Lori,

Apologies. If you go into the admin and follow these steps:

1. Go to Affiliate Manager
2. Click on Affiliate Product Report
3. the dates you want to list results for
4. Click on View Orders for the affiliate you want to make payment for
5. In the right column click Paid and then click the Mark Paid button.
