Hey there We're about to build a website that involves three 'interfaces' or shop fronts showing specific products, e.g: 'Soccer' - categories shoes, soccer nets , clothing 'Golf' - categories shoes, golf clubs, clothing 'Basketball' - categories shoes, basketballs, clothing Is it possible to have Soccer, Golf and Basketball as tabs at the top of the screen, like categories in their own right, and when a customer clicks on Soccer, only the soccer categories are displayed on the left hand side, not the golf and basketball categories? We also want the customer to be able to view all categories such as shoes, sports equipment, clothing, and all our products by manufacturer, from the home page. Only when the customer selects the category top tab 'Soccer' will it eliminate the other categories in the side bar. It seems that it's only a matter of making sure all the categories are set up properly, any advice?

as far as the data goes, you can have products inside multiple category branches, so you can have, say, "soccer boots" inside 2 branches like:
soccer>shoes/boots shoes>soccer
and so on; you can have as many branches as you want, and products can be in as many branches as you want.
