Just noticed something weird. After hitting shopping cart checkout when a customer either logs in or creates a new account, a entry is created in the order/oitems table. If he click Cancel on CreditCard entry screen the records are deleted, but if he just closes his browser, the entry is simply left in the table (even though the order is not completed).
The worst part is that he can see the order under 'My Account'. In my case, the product is automatically delivered via e-mail after the order the completed. So leaving this invalid order record in the tables is confusing and misleading, both for the customer and myself.
I did not see any discussion on the forum about it,  Therefore, wondering if I am doing anything wrong. If not, this is a moajor issue for me. |
