I am about to build a store that has a parent brand and 3 distinct sub brands. What is the best process to change the header based on the brand/category.

4 separate store folders sharing a database? Some ASP to change the header based on category?

I would use the latter. This would aid in SEO as they would be sharing the same base domain.
