Having trouble setting up vpasp with godaddy and linkpoint. Godaddy blocking port 1129 which is needed by LP.

I was told by linkpoint to use linkpointconnect instead of linkpointAPI. I was give a few lines of code to integrate into my checkout page. Any one had this issue before?
