My main (well only) complaint about this product is that it needs a manual that can be studied and refered to off-line. Pdf format would be ideal so it can be printed out and used when and wherever one likes.
I dare say that to many people familiar with asp and shopping carts this is not an issue, but I feel I would be of great benefit to new users, especially as many are having to take on board both front-end and back-end information at the same time.
I don't feel the on line stuff is as useful for actual learning the programme.
That said, I must commend the technical staff and especially all contributors to the forums there timely and valuable contributions.
