Hi Simon,

I somehow managed to take my site down installing one or your upgrades - I''ve no doubt it is my fault but wanted to ask for your help please. I tried emailing a couple of day ago and then thought maybe I should have submitted a request via the Help Desk but unfortunately I got this message:

"Sorry, you cannot submit any new issues to the Help Desk at this time. Please contact the Help Desk administrator if this is an emergency. This feature has been turned off in the administration Help Desk Settings."

Can you urgently let me know how I can get support to get my site up and running again please? My site is www.myfavouritepubwalks.co.uk
