Hi,
Anyone know the syntax of getting the session id?

I need to send it to a payment gateway (and have it returned by the payment gateway). This is the only unique data they return that I can compare which transaction is being handled.

dustin, which session variable u need anyway ? there are a lot of variables used in the vpasp software.
some that i know :
GetSess("customerid")
GetSess("firstname")
GetSess("lastname")
GetSess("address")
GetSess("email")
GetSess("smprice")
GetSess("custdiscount")
etc...

the full of them u can try opening file sho$db.asp and then you go to about coding routine
sub GetCustomerSessionData() and below it u should see the list of getsess()

I guess I was looking for some unique id generated for the session. Our payment gateway is requiring a session id
I can work with the orderid number and use that as the session id.
