Noticed on an open script shopping cart that also uses PayPal Express option, when it goes to the default paypal express payment page the 'login to paypal account' is minimized and the 'dont have a paypal account' is maximised.
There must be a setting within one of the paypal gateway pages, anyone know where it is...?

Hello Tony,

PayPal by default will display this if they could not identify whether this specific customer has previously logged into his/her PayPal account. The method used by PayPal is to look for a certain cookie on the customer's web browser.

What you can try is to log into your PayPal account once on your current PC and then try to check out again, PayPal should now expand the login to PayPal account box by default.

I'd like to thing this was the case but using the same laptop to use VPASP and another shopping cart, both set to use the same Paypal account, VPASP show the 'PayPal Account' box expaned and the other cart does'nt...

Is there a way to bypass the cookie or set something the paypal config file that will force it to show the 'Dont have a PayPal Account'.

My users must be stupid because we are getting several uncompleted purchases and they all come back saying it was because they thought they needed a PayPal account!

Tony
