Using Paypal API.

When clients get to payment page they see PayPal Icon and button saying "Pay Using PayPal".

My clients are thinking they have to have a PayPal account and not ordering, how do I change the button text and the paypal icon?

Language #827 is langpaybypaypal = Press to pay by PayPal - You can edit this
Somehow #831 is similar, you may have to change both or delete one of them.

The Admin #8 is Buttons and there is no call for an assigned button.

In the Item you choose to keep above you might try <img src="images/buttons/mypaypalnamedmessagebutton.gif" height="28" width="240" alt="Click Here to Pay by PayPal - You Do NOT need a previous account with them to pay">

Thanks for the reply,

Have altere the language file to reflect the fact you can use Paypal to take CC payments even if you have no PayPal account.

I think the lowest common denominator applies here, people just wont go past that part of the checkout as it suggests you have a Paypal account....

Think this should be give an update by VPASP so it is explained better to the shopper...

thanks

IIRC the wording is dictated by PayPal as a requirement for use of the Button so its not the VPASP teams issue.

I guessed that might be the case but unfortunatley most web users/clients dont read and asume that they need a paypal account as all it say is "Pay using Paypal"...

Bad move VPASP in not making a local button that can be changed!
