We just went live with a UK site running vpasp 6.5. If a US customer purchases something the charge goes through fine. If a UK customer tries, it declines due to a bad country code. Does anyone know why? The country code is showing up as UK under the customer's informaiton. Should this be GB instead for British customers? If so, what about the rest of the UK? Any help would be appreciated.

Hello there,

Please try changing the country code on the admin for UK to GB.

Also, what type of PayPal payment gateway are you currently using ? is it PayPal Website Payment Standard or Pro ? If you still experience issues after changing the country code, please submit a ticket to our helpdesk at https://helpdesk.vpasp.com and our support team will look into this for you.
