I have downloaded the worldpay gateway files zip and on opening it I noticed that there are no resultY.html or resultC.html sample files (these are mentioned in the readme.txt file) Am I missing something, or do these need to come from some other source?

Dear Jeb,

We apologize for the mistake with this, the files were accidentally left out during packaging. We've uploaded the updated version to our server. Simply re-download the gateway file again and you should see hose files now.
