The crux of the problem is that I can't import parent products without them being converted to sub products.
Every new product that is imported is created as a sub product. If no catalogid is entered in the highercatalogid field then then the parent product is made a sub product of catalogid 0 if I try and enter the catalogid of the parent product it becomes a sub product of itself.
I have tried exporting existing products that are set up correctly from within VPASP and using the csv file as a template. I've tried using stock levels. I've tried not using stock levels.
Please Help. |
