Not sure how to word the subject title of this...
Our situation is this:
We have a person who orders wholesale (y% discount), as well as doing some in house sales for us (X% commission).
He is set up as a wholesale account under his company. But, we also have set him up as an affiliate under us so that we can track his in house sales.
Without having him delete cookies every time he logs off, how do I fool proof it so that when he orders wholesale, he doesn't also get himself a X% commission on his order?
Or, by default, if a customer is already registered, are they "immune" from being associated with an affiliate id?
