I am trying to change the table display for records so that I have alternating row colors for better visuals.

This is called the striping table effect with alternating even and odd row colors for easy reading of row data. The present vpasp table display uses the same table row colors and is extremely difficult to see individual rows.

I hope I am clear with this request.

So a typical table will look like this

<tr color='#cccccc'><td>dddddd</td><td>dddddd</td><td>dddddd</td><t/r>
<tr color='#cccccc'><td>dddddd</td><td>dddddd</td><td>dddddd</td><t/r>

As you can see, the odd row has a grey bkg color while the even row has white bkg color.

I cant seem to find the asp or table in (/shopa_editdisplay.asp) that contains the product display in admin. I believe this is the same table that is used to display customers, suppliers, categories, etc. I have serach through all the lines and there are several tables on that page and don't know which one to modify.

Please help

Wow! This is a life saver! If any one has not implemented this yet...go try it out, it makes your table more easier on the eyes and easier to administer.

Well done VPASP for this one!
