I need some help setting up my cart. I have a supplier that can transmit a new file every day with updated inventory as well as product information. I looked and they do it via either email or uploading to an ftp address I give them. What address should I give them? And will this automaticly upload into my cart? If not how can I set it up to do that.

You will probably tell them to FTP to your "import" folder, but then you will have to actually import the file to database yourself.
