I bought the VPASP deluxe 5.0 recently and upgraded to 6.0 with the copy VPASP email me. I can't use the upload images function, with the error shown as "Image Upload is not available in this version of VP-ASP". I have already set up xupload to Yes and xuploaddirectory to ..\images. My images folder are set as Read & Write for ftp account.
(1) how can I tell my 6.0 is a deluxe version?
(2) Should enable IUSR or internet guest account, or someone else account for Read & Write the images folder?
(3) How can I solve my upload images problem?

Hi,

Have you recently applied one of our patches to your software?

It sounds like this problem is the result of an patch being wrongly applied. One of the patches had files for the Starter Pac in which this facility is not available.

These 2 files should not be copied into your VPASP site as they will remove the tracking and upload options from the admin.

Please replace SHOPA_TRACKINGORDER.ASP and SHOPA_UPLOADPOP.ASP with originals from your VPASP zip file.
