We have created a temporary page where developers can display their VPASP Bolt-On products. This is a short term page until our new VPASP Exchange is built. The VPASP Exchange will provide a meeting point for developers and customers to share their add-ons and services.

Great idea!

Is this for commercial (i.e. for sale) items only? What if someone has a "freeware" add-on/utility they want to make available?

It is for freeware as well. Not sure if you are familiar with the Macromedia Exchange but it will be offered on a similar basis. Developers can display both paid Bolt-Ons with links to a purchase page on their own site or display freeware they have created.
