We know this is a problem with every VPASP shop, getting orders with no card details, or being told that the shopping cart is empty when you have obviously just added something.
This is an issue with the Privacy settings in both IE6 and AOL browsers which is causing many stores to loose business.
Many of you may know that the solution to this is P3P a customised XML document embedded into your web site.
But the completion of this task is very daunting.
We now have a solution for this where we will create the appropriate file for your business and embed it in your site.
However, this isnt the only problem, your web server will also need to be configured to accept the new file, if your ISP will not enable this we will (if interest is high enough) purchase windows servers to enable you to host your site with the P3P enabled. (we already have unix servers so unix VPASP users this isnt a problem).
We have succesfully implimented this for our own clients who have stated that they have already seen an increase in orders. And their sites now work with privacy setting set to Medium / High and even HIGH!!
