I want to change the Copyright message which appears on the page footers.

I have changed "LangCommonCopyright" in "shop$language-english.asp" to no avail.

This works OK with VP-ASP 4.5 - what am I missing?

The languages are now stored in a database table. You have two choices to chnage them.

Either edit them by going to language administration
OR
Edit the changes in shop$language.asp and add the language Emglish gain. It will be smart and update the records. The records in the database will be updated.

In both cases go to Reset the language to reload the in memory copy of the language values
