Do you mean your web site only sells to customers located in Italy and for anyone outside Italy they would need to contact you via email to place an order?

Q. Which carrier do you use?
A. We ship orders to Italy and Europe with the italian courier BRT SpA.
Need to change italian to Italian
Other than hat reads well. Other may have a better way of writing the first sentence as well as my English is of e Australian persuasion and can be a bit messy sometimes.
