when i go to "add a record" in products it has a spot for an image and 5 additional images. is it possible to add a 6th additional image?

yes, that''s definetly to be a customization. default only 5 fields.

If you want more additional images for some products only, you could simply insert those images in the extended description field (extendeddesc).

Hi,

You could use the Xproductotherfields and xproductothercaptions options to add another custom image fields. However, these fields will not displayed as other default image fields, just simple input fields.
