been using vpasp for a few years. now my client and myself are both getting complaints from customers. error "could not be processed" message, but the order still goes through, and they don''t get an order confirmation email.

why after years of no problems is this happening?

i seen the message on the forum regarding the file anaimshoppayment.asp
but I don''t have it.

Hi there,

Could be caused by a number of things. It may be that the server your site is on is having memory issues, or there is a problem with a certain payment type, or your gateway has made some changes to their way of operating.

It may be your host has moved your site to a web garden environment as well possibly.

Have you been able to replicate yourself?

If you cannot resolve it may be an idea to submit a ticket in the heldpesk at:

https://helpdesk.vpasp.com

Thank you.

Hi there,

We''ve been getting these the past few days also, we use Paypal hosted checkout.

After a discussion with one of our customer''s I suspect Paypal may have updated their payment process (or lost the IPN return url, which has happened before) although I''ve yet to check this.

Regards,
Renners.
