Is there a way to include a value for product features? For example, if I were going to sell pizza and had a feature to select pepperroni, can I have a field for quantity to let the customer choose how many pepperroni's he wants?

Hello.
To allow the customer to enter their own details use featuretype=UserText.
To add complex features in each product use
featuretype=SelectList.
For more detail instructions of how to use Poduct Features, see Developer's Guide (Poduct Features are listed at Chapter 5.16 for ver.4.50).
