Just want to see if anyone else has ever seen this. I have customer discounts setup and it is working for all but one customer. When she logs in she doesn't see the discounts. When we use her account and log in we see the discounts. She is in San Juan PR. We are in the US I don't know if/why that would make a difference. Just throwing it out. It's very strange.
