What is the extent of the changes I can make to the tabs that are listed at the bottom of the extended product description? (i.e. description, cross selling products, also bought, etc...)

Specifically, can I rename those tabs? If so, where do I do this? (what page name)

Can I remove any of the tabs? Again, if so, where would I do this?

Hi there

You can changer the tab labels by locating the heading in the Language table under International and updating accordingly.
