Where is the file template to change the finalized order?
can anyone advise?

Hi,

is it the shopcreateorder.asp page or the order email that gets sent out the customers?

It is when an order been made and also when you finalise the order.

Hi,

there isn't a template for this - but you can alter the display of the elements in the finalise order screen in the file shop$colors.asp. Look for lines that start Const FOrder.
