Hiya, I have run into this one today. One of our clients had a customer who added a long string into the address and address2 fields (58 and 70 characters respectively) and this was preventing the payment of the order.
It was coming up Overflow and runtime errors. I have placed a support ticket and will update this once I have heard from them.
